Three and a half years old, and Adept's engineering leadership and much of its team went to Amazon in June 2024, so this is the last priced round and not a current mark. Newest post 2024-08-23. The 2024-06-28 post ('An update from Adept') is the last substantive one: co-founders and part of the team joined Amazon's AGI org, Amazon licensed Adept's agent tech/models/datasets, and Zach Brock (Head of Engineering) became CEO. Status kept active; flagged as an open question whether the no-product-page/no-careers-page/no-news-since-2024 shape now clears company-admission-standard.md §2's Windsurf no-surface-of-its-own bar.
