Qualcomm’s Form 10-Q: "The transaction values Modular at approximately $3.1 billion based on the closing price of Qualcomm stock on the acquisition date", consideration "primarily 18 million shares issued of our common stock". THE DEAL VALUE IS DISCLOSED, contrary to the research brief, which said it was not and warned against a widely repeated $3.9B — the filing says $3.1B, so the $3.9B was wrong as well as unsourced. This supersedes the last independent valuation ($1.6B, 2025-09-24), which this record never held and so has no history entry.
