OpenRouter's actual last completed round: a $113M Series B led by Alphabet's CapitalG, announced May 2026 (also independently confirmed by Reuters' 2026-08-19 acquisition story: "In May, the firm raised $113 million in a funding round led by Alphabet's independent growth fund CapitalG"). Post-money valuation reported at approximately $1.3 billion by The New York Times, via TechCrunch, 2026-05-26 -- not officially disclosed by OpenRouter itself, so read as an estimate.
