Under "How To License With Arm" the page says "For unlimited design access to this product and other useful Arm IP, visit Arm Flexible Access, available for all companies at a low cost or zero cost for qualifying startups and research institutions." Arm's Flexible Access page lists Ethos-U65 in its Mainstream Package, with an $85K-a-year membership fee for the Standard Tier and a per-product fee due at tape-out. Flexible Access is a licensing programme across Arm's IP, not an offering Ethos-U65 is bundled into, and no price is published for this product's own licence, so how it is priced is not stated.
