Pagetext, 2026-09-30. The vendor's own repository: "PaddlePaddle is provided under the Apache-2.0 license ." and "Install Latest Stable Release or Nightly Release". paddlepaddle.org.cn/en/install/quick (pagetext) reads "Run the following command to install" but the command itself is client-rendered; the in-app browser timed out on that host. Free open-source install = standalone. AI Studio / EasyDL pricing not examined.
