Cactus
Source-available inference engine for running models on phones, wearables, smart-home and robotics hardware, shipping its own quantization, kernels and runtime behind OpenAI-compatible text, speech and vision APIs.
Not open source: the repository's LICENSE is a custom Cactus Compute licence (the GitHub API reports the licence as NOASSERTION/Other). Free for organisations with 'Less than $2,000,000 USD in total funding ... AND Less than $2,000,000 USD in gross annual revenue'; above either threshold 'a commercial license must be obtained within thirty (30) days' by contacting the company. No list price is published for the commercial licence. No floor is recorded: the free path is a licence term keyed to the licensee's size, not a $0 plan anyone can adopt, and the commercial licence publishes no rate.
