ClickUp's company-wide AI layer: routes each request across GPT, Claude and Gemini, answers from a workspace's own tasks, docs, chat and connected apps (Slack, GitHub, Figma, Salesforce and more), and runs named autonomous agents (Slides, Finance, Design, Research and others) that complete whole tasks rather than only draft text. Also ships a desktop/mobile client, "Brain MAX," that extends the same subscription's search and voice dictation outside ClickUp itself.
A paid add-on layered on top of any ClickUp workspace plan (Free through Enterprise) -- never included at no cost. 'Brain AI' tier: $18/user/month billed monthly, $9/user/month billed annually (1,500 AI Super Credits/mo). 'Everything AI' tier: $68/user/month billed monthly, $28/user/month billed annually (5,000 AI Super Credits/mo, 3x Super Agent usage, unlimited Ambient Answers/AI Notetaker/Image Generation). The Free ClickUp plan gets only a time/usage-limited 'Trial' of Brain features, not a permanent free tier. Further metered add-ons: AI Super Credits $10 per 10,000 credits; unlimited Talk to Text $9/user/month; AI Notetaker from $12 for 60 hours/month.
