Delulu (by Decart)
Delulu is Decart's consumer mobile app for AI photo transformation, published on iOS and Android by Decart.AI, Inc. Its store listing describes it as a way to 'Turn any photo into something fun, weird, or just really good-looking, with a single tap', browsing preset styles and creating stickers to share.

The App Store lists the price as 'Free' and shows no in-app-purchase disclosure in the fetched listing; Google Play shows an 'Install' button with no price line. Obtained on its own by downloading it from either store - it is not bundled into or purchased through the Decart API Platform. Treat the absence of in-app purchases as unconfirmed rather than established.

STILL FLAGGED FOR JAE, and repointed on apply: the batch filed an App Store url (apps.apple.com/app/id6749955738) which returns 404 from the Mac, while the Google Play listing published by Decart returns 200 and names the app 'Delulu (by Decart)'. No decart.ai page for Delulu exists — the two candidate hosts (mirage.decart.ai/showcase/delulu, teez.decart.ai) both failed — so a store listing is the only vendor-published page there is. Whether a store listing may stand as a record's url is the open question.
