Community edition is free and self-hostable via Docker under a MODIFIED Apache 2.0 licence: langgenius/dify's own LICENSE states "Unless explicitly authorized by Dify in writing, you may not use the Dify source code to operate a multi-tenant environment" -- not a plain open-source licence for anyone reselling it as a multi-tenant service. Enterprise also ships as a self-hosted/VPC install with SSO/SAML, RBAC and audit logs, priced on request.
