The Lounge home page (https://lounge.llmgateway.io/, read in headless Chromium) also says pay-as-you-go credits or a flat monthly plan, and that it is free to start with no credit card, but names no recurring free allowance, so no free model is recorded and usage-based follows the pay-as-you-go wording.
