Verified live 2026-09-18: NO published price at any tier. "Local / Open Source" is free (self-hosted core, MIT licensed -- github.com/OpenHands/OpenHands, GitHub's own license badge confirms MIT). SaaS "Individual" is free -- "Bring your own key or use our providers at-cost", capped at 10 max daily conversations on the compare table. "Enterprise" (SaaS or self-hosted in a private VPC) is "Custom pricing", contact-sales only, never a number -- recorded as enterprise-pricing-on-request. This is NOT the TrustGraph case (a 404 pricing page with no other evidence of a paid product): the Terms of Service carry live "Fees" and "Payment Processing" clauses ("you may be required to select a payment plan ... ongoing subscription that is automatically renewed periodically"), and the self-hosted Enterprise repository's own README lists "billing" among its enterprise features -- a paid product demonstrably exists even though no rate card is published. LICENCE NUANCE: the self-hosted Enterprise backend (github.com/OpenHands/enterprise) is licensed under the Polyform Free Trial License -- its own README states "This is not an open source license. Usage is limited to 30 days per calendar year without a commercial license" -- distinct from the MIT-licensed core the free tiers run on.
