Available to BOTH Pro and Max subscribers, not Max-only. The product's own page (perplexity.ai/products/computer, read 2026-09-14) states: "Available to Pro and Max subscribers on desktop, mobile, Slack, and Microsoft 365." Perplexity's Help Center confirms Max's price verbatim: "Perplexity Max costs $200/monthly or $2000/annually." Max subscribers get materially more usage than Pro (10,000 Computer credits per month plus a one-time bonus, versus Pro's smaller allowance), but Pro is the cheaper plan that already includes access, so $200 is Max's price, not the floor. Pro's own current price was not independently confirmed on a non-personalized page this pass, so the floor is left unstated rather than guessed.

Read live 2026-09-14 (pass 6): perplexity.ai/products/computer states plainly "Available to Pro and Max subscribers on desktop, mobile, Slack, and Microsoft 365" -- the earlier "Max subscribers only" reading (from a hub/blog announcement) is superseded by the vendor's own current product page. Max's $200/month or $2,000/year price is confirmed via the Help Center (perplexity.ai/help-center/en/articles/11680686-perplexity-max), a real page, not a 404 as previously recorded.
