SenseCore's help centre describes self-service purchase of resource instances: "点击“立即购买”" [click "Buy now"], "确认订单信息，点击立即支付" [confirm the order, click "Pay now"] and "跳转至收银台进行支付" [proceed to checkout to pay]. The page states no prices; customers holding an offline contract package can draw on it instead.
